A Vipper has returned from his visit to popular German anime event Connichi 2008, and was kind enough to

share copious photos of his trip, focusing on cosplay.
The event in question was held from the 12th to the 14th of September, at the Congress Palais Kassel (right in the middle of Germany), offering some historical surroundings.

Thank god I did not have to queue up for the festival. MEDIA pass is totally awesome.
First, I would like to qualify my words by stating that there is absolutely no malice against cosplayers, figurine lovers and anime merchandise lovers. However, I think that there will be enough anime blogs out there ready to post [...]

Gen-An, the Genshiken/Kujibiki Doujin Event is set to go this Monday, May 5th, 2008. The event will take place from 11am - 5pm in Hanakawado in Taito City, Tokyo at the Taito City Meeting Hall.

Every other bloggers that participated the event might have reported it more detailed than mine, but mine got extra  coverage on our small circle of friends - TFM members.
